It is nice to have tangible echoes of those who have meant something special to us. I'm glad you have the drawings, Roland
ReplyDelete"Fit as a butcher's dog." You can tell I'm from America since that phrase was new to me. I've adopted it now. Roland
Sheila also has a rather lovely frock.
ReplyDeleteGlad you're remembering to wear your lovely glasses for your morning walks, being able to see is such a help.
These are absolutely charming.
ReplyDeleteAre they love-bites I see on Sheila's neck? :¬)

I am thinking these drawings are heavily influenced by School of Beavis and Butt-Head. A very good thing!
ReplyDeletehello there - nice to meet you Roland
ReplyDeleteEryl - seeing can be a double-edged sword - I have to leave them off in the house or I can see the metal shavings in the carpet
Red - I thought you'd like these
Map - yes they are and I think I know who gave them to her!
xl - these drawings pre-date B&B so the influence must be flowing from this direction.

Glasses - very important for walking!
ReplyDeleteThat bra of yours is a heroic piece of engineering. Forgive me for ogling!
ReplyDeleteYes, they wouldmake good card, good T-shirts, certainly. Have you thought of that? People love those sort of things these days.

ReplyDeleteMs Distracted - so I have discovered
Mr Monkey - indeed I am proud of this brassiere's cantileverage, the man who made it also built bridges
You lost me at putting on glasses. Ladies in glasses make me weak at the knees. I just want to do unmentionable things to them. Well, I have a list of attributes that make me feel that way. Like big round bottoms and well...just being ladies really. I'm depraved what can I say? Even Sir Cecil is giving me a boner.
ReplyDeleteI'm happy wearing my glasses but I wish I could have had a drawing of me in this style.
