for breakfast

the cats share a pouch of what looks like shredded rubber suspended in gravy, the cats usually lick the gravy off the rubber, their tongues flicking the rubber pieces around the floor where they dry into sharp little shards

this  morning Wheezy got to breakfast first and wolfed down both bowls without doing the licking  thing

within a minute she had regurgitated bits of rubber and gravy all over my computer cables

  1. Yeah. That's sort of a design flaw with cats. Likely due to a hairball. Having cat grass to munch on helps ... but then they throw that up. [sigh]

  2. I know cats do that but until now they've restricted their output to the other end and I'd forgotten about the vomiting

  3. And scoffing food too quickly often has that result.

    1. I am only letting them have food by the thimbleful from now on

  4. I'm not saying what my other cat, or dog, would do in this situation.... but I'm sure you can guess... sometimes it saved me a lot of bother.
