We've had a lot of rain lately.
I'm listening to radio news: the
military have arrived in Somerset to rescue the people of Muchelney who have been stuck in floods for 4 weeks. The reporter is is telling us that the water level has
dropped a bit but on the way down the things that were floating on the water have got stuck to the trees and are now very smelly, he is speaking to
a lady called Reverend Twitty about this.

ReplyDeleteAnd, as an aside, I've just heard the wonderful Clarke and Dawe interview.Clarke(as PM Abbott) called the Australian Broadcasting Corp the "Broad talking castration company..."
