Tuesday: over enthusiastic making pancake batter 

Yesterday: mixed excess batter with sourdough starter and a bit more flour and water

This morning: added allspice and pepper, oiled some small oval pie tins and sprinkled with rosemary and sea salt, a ladle of wet dough in each, baked hot for 10 mins

I have successfully interbred a crepe with a pitta
