Ooh Scarls - you slipped in unexpectedly ... if all else fails wear shoes that make you smile, that's my motto - I've just picked up a suede/brass vintage pair that I think I'll have to show.
Is that a pirate cat? I think I see an eye patch! I hate cats, but I think I could tolerate a cat with an eye patch as long as it didn't touch me or have any hair (allergies). So, a bald pirate cat. Eh, screw it. Stomp 'em baby!
WOWSER - I love those shoes - can they be walked in okay or will you get the sedan chair out (how cool that must have been, to be carried akimbo by four strapping men)
We found the only thing that really scares a cat is cat flea powder (assuming said cat has had it rubbed into its fur on several occasions), so maybe you could ring your cat's territory with that.

ReplyDeleteGadjo - I have an image in my head of your cat standing inside a circle of powder in your yard while dachshunds bay at the circumferance.
ReplyDeleteOur main issue with flea powder would be that it is quite a strong poison ...
It scared me, never mind the cat.
ReplyDeleteYeah, but only a poison for fleas. (Oops, you like them don't you...)
ReplyDeleteGadj - Please send me a packet of your magic Romanian powder that is only poisonous to fleas. The stuff I get here contains toxic ingredients.
ReplyDeleteNow if cats and fleas were scared off by the smell of strawberries we'd be on to something...
guess what - (I've rushed here so excited) - Amazon UK are now delivering shoes and bags to France. Two bags and a pair of RDs have just been ordered

I like the way they have all the origami markings showing you how to turn them into exotic lotus blossoms once the heels go.
ReplyDeleteFrenchie - I'm completely out of breathe with excitement - you will need to move to larger premises methinks!
ReplyDeleteKevin - I love the way the pointy toes are turning themselves up into lotus blossoms
You know what, they scare me too. If those are your ankles, they're looking great. Love the graphic.
ReplyDeleteIs that a tutu you're wearing?
ReplyDeleteKSV - I might have to do more drawings - they're more accurately depicting my state of mind.
